Kettle Bell / Fusion Classes   

Intro to Fusion:
In the beginner's classes, we will cover all of the basic kettlebell exercises so you will feel comfortable performing the exercises on your own or in a group setting. Each trainee is required to attend this class to ensure you know how to safely and properly execute each of the fundamental kettlebell exercises. Once it is determined by the instructor that the trainee can safely perform the kettlebell movements, the trainee can advance into any other classes offered.

Exercises covered will include:

  • Kettlebell Clean
  • Kettlebell Clean and Press
  • Kettlebell Squat
  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Kettlebell Snatch
  • Turkish Get-up

FUSION:
Incinerate bodyfat and boost your conditioning to levels unknown to mankind! Fusion combines Russian kettlebells with bodyweight exercises, sandbags, calisthenics, sledgehammers, and power rope training through the use of manila ropes to work your body from head to toe. Forge the physique of a Spartan warrior and a heart of elastic steel.

FULL THROTTLE:
Circuits and Complexes. Tabata Protocols. VO2 Max Training. Kettlebell Ladders. 30 minutes of balls-to-the-wall kettlebell training. This class is the answer to those limited on time and looking for quick and effective workout. Go FULL THROTTLE or Go Home!!

THE GRIND:
HEAVY KETTLEBELL training….that's about the only way to say it! This class focuses on the core kettlebell movements and building uncanny strength. If you're looking to move up to the next size kettlebell or set a new PR, this class is for you.
