CORE's own Helio Soneca promoted to 5th degree black belt! |
January 1, 2011 As most of you already know CORE has been blessed to not only be affiliated under, but also to call the legendary Helio Soneca their own. Soneca currently teacheas all of the jiu-jitsu classes at CORE. Only four years ago Kentucky did not have a single black belt and now CORE is the host of over 5 black belts. Helio Soneca who received his black belt from Carlos Gracie in 1992 has recently been promoted to 5th degree. Just another accomplishment by the legend to go along side with his two world championship titles and the numerous champions he has trained along the way. |
